Bottom profile
TROCAL
The PV Plast spol. s r.o. company is also a producer of the TROCAL bottom profile. To extrude this kind of profile we make use of the recycled PVC chippings originating during cutting window profiles. To minimize heat loss, a sealing layer is co-extruded onto the profile body.
The profile’s length as produced amounts to 6 m.
This bottom profile is suitable for the following window systems:
- TROCAL 70 mm
- TROCAL 88 mm
- KÖMMERLING 88 mm
- KBE 88 mm
Smaller withdrawal quantities can be negotiated.
REHAU
The PV Plast spol. s r.o. company is also a producer of the REHAU bottom profile. This is a universal 5-chamber bottom profile which can be used for the massive construction REHAU system, in which a continuous sealing positioned out of the anchoring axis is required. The profile’s lower side enables the same fixing lugs to be used as those used for the frame profile.
To extrude this kind of profile we make use of the recycled PVC chippings originating during cutting window profiles. To minimize heat loss, a sealing layer is co-extruded onto the profile body.
The profile’s length as produced amounts to 6 m.
The product is delivered in returnable metal pallets. One pallet can contain about 1100 metres of profile.
Smaller withdrawal quantities can be negotiated.
